BACKGROUND
Before Kitty stepped onto international stages and into executive mentoring, she worked for 25 years across different organisations and sectors. Fifteen years running her own company, in roles from interim manager to non-executive director.
It is always about people.
Strategy, collaboration and transformation.
Across every layer of the organisation.
She sees what happens under the table, in the person, the team and the organisation. Above all, how they shape each other. That is where all her experience and training come together .Her work is done when she is no longer needed.
